Our Business Model

Outsourcing

• Our customers own and control product design, specs, work instructions, visual aids, jigs, fixtures, etc. and are always welcome to review their processes at any time.

• Our customers dictate the strategy, scope and timeline of every project, according to their needs and goals; if you want to see a short term impact and challenging our system, the recommendation is to start with those processes that affect your productivity and distract your team from your core business.

• Our team has vast experience transferring processes from other countries to Mexico. We will work together developing the transition plan and following our proven methodology supported by APQP and other advanced planning tools. Depending on the complexity, we are able to send engineers or technicians to capture the tribal knowledge and learn from your processes or hosting your engineers coming to our city to train our employees, both systems are efficient and we will share with you our lessons learned and best practices for a smooth and efficient transition.

• Besides our security cameras system, we have added cameras to be connected to internet; our customers are able to see their processes in real time, controlling the cameras through assigned IPs.
